Here is a shout out to a company that has made my life many times easier:

Being the geek I am, I wanted to post my thoughts on website hosting. Any person who is serious about starting and running even the smallest business should consider the impact of a website. Even for small - one person - businesses, the internet is a must for success. Whether it is for Internet Presence, Social Media, Blogging, or getting your Business Website solidly established, you need a great hosting company.

I have been working with web hosting and site technologies since the early nineties. I have even built my own web servers. Bouncing from service to service over the years, I have settle on SiteGround.com. They provide all the needed technologies and services and an incredibly low price. (Try as low as 10 bucks a year!) And - most importantly - I have been blown away by the customer service.  Here's an example. I recently needed to port an entire website, since I finally got so sick of busy signals and unhelpful customer support with my existing service. I had built a Joomla CMS website using Community Builder. And get this - I hosted with the creators of Community Builder, with awful results. I ran into stone wall after stone wall. So, I contacted the support chat on the SiteGround.com website. (I had worked with them a few years ago and has a good experience then. So I thought.. why not check into it.) By the end of the day, my entire site was ported and running great, and at a fraction of the cost! I mean a huge drop in my operating expenses! It has been several months, and things are still great.

Establishing a good web presence is crucial to success in business today. You can't afford to work with the wrong people or pay to much. So do what I did... choose SiteGround.com.
